I found the location VERY convenient to the connected shopping center. It made accessing amenities simple and safe. The staff showed a high level of professionalism and attentiveness . The room included a kettle, iron, and ironing board, ALL useful additions.

I experienced a slight delay getting to the hotel parking. Parking was shared with the mall, a bit confusing to navigate.

i wanted to call the front desk for extra pillows, but i couldn't find a directory and the line kept ringing.
